FIDO dollars towards purchase of Samsung S7 outright

Can I not use my fido dollars towards the purchase of a new phone outright?  

I do not want to change my current plan and would prefer to buy the S7 outright but I noticed the Fido rewards page does not have this option??

Seems odd that this option doesn't appear on the Fido rewards website...
