FIDO bill email alerts

How come you've stopped sending bill email alerts? I missed March by a few days becasue I never got one and now have to pay a late charge with my April bill. Which I also did not get an alert. What gives?

Hey @Maxais

 

If you are still registered to online billing you should still be receiving these email notifications. Have you tried checking the spam/junk folder?

 

I'll send you a PM so we can check out those late charges together. Smiley

Yes I have checked my spam folder. All was fine late 2015 and Jan and Feb was working but not March or April
