FIDO TEXTS ARE NOT GOING THROUGH.

I've been having problem sending and receiving texts all night last night till this morning.

There doesn't seem to be great signal suddenly. I have been able to make calls but not texts.

It is however sporadic. It goes in and out. I have to wait like 10-15 minutes to resend.

Then sometimes the signal bars go up and I'm able to text for like 1min then it stops again.

What the hell is going on?
I just switched from Rogers to Fido last month.

I never had this problem before.

However, iMessage is working properly. So I can only communicate with another iMessage.

I have been turning my phone on and off, when I turn it back on, the signal shows LITE but then disappears right away.

THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. What is going on?

Welcome to Fido and to our Forums Smiley 

Do you notice a change in the bars if you move around? (See if the bars go up/down when you're outdoors, compared to indoors)

 

Have you tried to attempt a full power-cycle, to see if it gets rid of the SMS delays?

 

Turn the phone Off, Remove the SIM card, insert the SIM card back in & turn the phone back On.

 

Should the issue persist, I'd also suggest to try the following: 

- Go into your settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings
