i brought my phone to the Richmond Centre Fido store in Richmond BC so that they could send it in for repair for me.
This was near end of May 2016, we are approaching mid Aug and I still have not heard any status update whatsoever on my phone nor can i find anyone to tell me what is going on with my phone status. Store tells me to call Fido Customer Service, Fido CSR tells me to call LG, LG tells me to check with the retail again? Seriously?? It also doesn't help when the RIchmond Centre store NEVER answers their phone and when someone does, doesn't want to help and try to defer you to call Fido CSR
I am sick and tired of this and i just want my phone back or at least a status update it on it. I dont mind if the store would give me an equivalent loaner phone but the store managed to give me a phone that was practically unusable and slow as hell.
Could someone please share your experience and what it will take to just get a status update on my phone??
