Last month on Feb 1, I had travel plans out of canada and have requested to cancel my account. FIDO rep suggested me to temporarily suspend my line for $7. I was impressed but it was a trap as now I’m seeing that they haven’t canceled it. Instead my monthly bill is now almost $5 more than what I usually pay. For all those who believe in FIDO and might go through my situation ask for confirmation email or something or just cancel the whole service. I did my part and worrying about it is the last thing I expect during my travel. No more trust in FIDO now!!! 👎
