Hey,
I'm probably one of the most unsatisfied FIDO customer in the community. I'm using FIDO for 4 months now and 3 times FIDO tried to rip me of by issuing a wrong invoice. Every time my bill is 5$ too high and I'm sick of calling FIDO every time and explain their call center what they are doing wrong.
Has anyone some suggenstions how to handle this issue?
