Existing customer not on contract

Hello,

 

As an existing fido customer, I have been off contract for over a year. I see that there are promotions for new customers. Would I be eligible to take advantage of those promotions?

Unless the offer specifies that it's for new activations only, there's no reason why you wouldn't be able to get it.

Hello, and thank you for your reply!

 

Yes, I was actuallly looking at the Data, Talk, Text plan with double the data promotion (more specifically, 2gb for 40$ plan). Currently, I am paying 50$ for the same plan but with 1 gb of data, and would like to change to the promotional plan, since it is clearly a better deal.

@kidfury because you are not in a contract you can switch to any current in market plans at anytime and get all the benefits and features that comes with that plan.
