Error refilling my prepaid account

I just tried refilling my prepaid account and after going through Interac received this error message:

Oops, an error occured

This exception has been logged with id 6p1396opl.

The money left my bank account but hasn't appeared in my account balance.

On a related note, I didn't get a text warning that my account balance expired yesterday.
