Erroneous charge/ theft

I've got an erroneous charge for a Sim card on my account. On phone call rep said it would be free. I've been burned so many times by reps that I record their calls. I need to know where I can send a copy of this file to get the charge reversed. It's ridiculous how much anguish I have to go through just to try to (and not always succeed) at getting fido to stand by their word. Sick!

Ok but I already called a rep and they said they will look into it and reverse it if they found that it should be reversed. This was like 3 weeks ago.
