Enabling Wi-Fi Calling on LG G4

So I got a text message from Fido today that my phone (LG G4 on Marshmallow) now comes with wi-fi calling. I followed the steps to set that up, but everytime I get to the point where I click the link to register, I get a contradicting message that states that my device is not eligible??? I’m trying to do this over corporate wi-fi, could that be causing a problem?

I looked into that problem another user was facing the same issue. Call customer service and ask them to resend the signal to that switch and try the setup again and it should work.

Nope tried it at home and still can't get it to work...
