Early Phone Upgrade

My son was interesting upgrade new phone because he broken his phone couple month ago 

Is there any offer to waive the $25 administration fee from Retention department when you upgrade the phone ?

The fee helps Fido cover the costs of processing the orders, as well as managing and restocking the inventory. It's applicable with all the upgrades.
