ETM (Extreme Text Messaging) not working?

I apologise if I'm not in the right place, but I desparately need help!

 

I tried going to the ETM site through mobile to block number, but when redirecting to that site, it tells me that the page is not found. Is the link broken or is it down for maintenance? Please answer ASAP, thanks!
