Dungeness Crab Quiche

Ingredients:
Dungeness crab - 2, 1.5 lb each
Pie crust - 1
Eggs - 6
Milk - 1/2 cup
nutmeg - 1 pinch

cheese - 1.5 cup shredded

Methods:
1. Steam crab for 15 minutes and remove meat from body, legs, and claws
2. Preheat oven to 400 F
4. Layer 1 cup of cheese to bottom of pie crust and place crab meat on top of the cheese.
5. Whisk eggs, milk, nutmeg, salt and pepper together and pour over the crab meat.
6. Layer remaining cheese on top.
7. Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes or until the centre is set.
