Dropped calls while using iPhone 6s

I use the new iPhone 6s and new SIM Card from FIDO, but when I dial any number including FIDO customer service number, after 30s, the call failed automatically. I don't why!!!! I payed my phone bills, the balance is $0 now. Can anyone help me?

Welcome to the Fido Community! 

 

Can you see if your phone is connected to the Fido network?

(Do you see the symbols: H, 3G, 4G, LTE, etc. at the top of your screen)

 

Have you tried to power-cycle the phone?

(Turn the phone Off, Remove the SIM Card, Turn the phone On)

Hi, I even replaced to a new SIM card and new iPhone 6s, the problem still has.

 

If I connect to LTE, the call will drop and give me the message force me to enable the WIFI calling.

 

If I connected to WIFI, and enable the WIFI calling, the call will drop and give me the message:"call failed" after the same 30 seconds.

 

What's wrong with my phone now!
