I have switched over from Freedom to Fido because of quality issues and now it seems like its worse than Freedom which was only $40. I live in South Vancouver, 4 km from downtown and almost all my calls are dropping after a few minutes. The first couple of minutes are fine and then quality deteriorate after then eventually disconnecting. I called customer service and they had me turn off LTE/Volt calling or something which I did but nothing change.
I use this work for phone and its a disgrace that I switched from Freedom to Fido ($40 to $100), paying more than double and the quality is worse in addition to only 3 voicemails that I can get now.
Someone needs to do something.

Do you have perhaps another phone compatible to our network that you could test your SIM card with? If so, could you let us know if this the same with another phone?
