Does Fido match Koodo's phone plans?

I have been with Fido for a few years and I am not on any contract. I just noticed Koodo's new promo for $45 plan for 1gb and 200min. Will Fido match this plan? Or is it better to speak to the customer relations department? Will they offer something different?
