I am being charged for a tab that I did not order. I logged into my account and saw additional charges for a tab account. I contacted customer services and they said they are registering a complaint with the fraud department. I even have the interaction ids of all conversations. I was told by customer service rep that the fraud department will give me a callback within 3 days. Its been a week now and I have not received any calls. 
Does any fraud department exist ? Or is this a way to postpone looking into the issue ?

I can understand how this would be a worrisome situation. I want to assure you that we take this very seriously on our end and that we do indeed have a specialized department that is in charge of investigating situations like this.
