Dissappointed in data over usage charges :(

Recently joined Fido a month and already regretting changing providers. A $20 charge for 300 mb of overused data...What a rip off!!!! and to top it off a rude customer service agent that told me that I was old enough to know when to shut off my data if I didn't want to pay extra..Lovely.

I'm sad to see that you had to experience this. Sad This definitely isn't how we want our customers to be spoken to. I'll send you a PM to look into this further.

 

In regards to your data usage, did you receive any notifications that you were nearing your limit/going over? You can check out this article on how to stay on top of your data.
