First of all, I have tried to reach customer service n number of times and through different ways but they never respond. Is this how you deal with your customers? Secondly, My plan is $55 and my bill should be $64 but I don't know why is it showing $101 as I cant view my bill since I have taken this number? Please help me with the same as I have paid all my amounts and nothing is due so I won't be paying $101.
