I am trying to switch my plan to accomodate more data. When I go into 'my account' and select 'change plan' Fido offers me several plans. I have tried selecting a new plan but get this error message (see below). There is no explaination as to why I can't have the offer. I would think, the offers Fido gives me in 'my account' are the offers I can use.
When I call the help line, they are giving me prices quoted directly from the web site and have NO IDEA what plan offers I am talking about. Is there anyone else having these issues and how did you solve them?
