So I recently ordered a phone from Fido (and changed my plan online), this was done on September 3rd I believe. It said I would recieve a confirmation e-mail but it never came, however the account showed that changes should be made so I didn't worry about it. However, as I am now still waiting for my phone to be delivered I would like to be able to track it. I don't have a tracking number because I never recieved my confirmation e-mail.

You will only get a tracking number once the phone is shipped from our warehouse. Has it been more then 5 business days since you ordered the device?
