Device upgrade

I was trying to select a promo for iphone 6s online but when I reached to the add on page it is not allowing me to continue. I keep on receiving an error message saying "select_voicemail_option" and I dont want to add anything aside from what I already have which is the voicemail english and the value pack. Please help 😞
