Device protection problem

so i've been trying to get my screen changed and i called brightstart they told me to go to a store i went to a store they told me to go to another store i went to that other store and they told me to call brighstart and thats not working and i'm melting right now.  I think brightstar didnt register my info or something. please help. sos.

I'm sad to read that all your efforts were in vain there. That's certainly frustrating!

 

I recommend calling Brightstar back first thing tomorrow and explain what happened. They should be able to escalate that for you and find a resolution. Smiley
