Recently I contacted Fido to see about any Loyalty offers, got a minimal offer of $5.00 off one of my lines, which itself is an insult consider I have 4 lines plus home phone.
Anyway, it seems the agent took the device balance remaining and put it on my bill!! I am outraged, I am trying to save money, not spend more, now my bill is over $700++. Nothing was said about paying out my device balance and I did not wish to do that. Please help or I may consider other providers.
