I recently did a hardware upgrade on Mar 29. I upgraded one month ahead of the end of my contract. I saw that the "Upgrade Today Fee" was $29.16 in my Fido account when I did the upgrade.
Today my bill came. I saw there is "Early Upgrade Fee" of $29.16, and also "Device Savings Recovery Fee" of $29.17.
What is that "Device Savings Recovery Fee"? Did I just get charged the same thing (up to rounding) twice?
Hi @TSSChow,
Do you mean you got charged $29.16 twice on the bill: once under "Early Upgrade Fee" and once under "Device Savings Recovery Fee"?
Let me know!
Yes, I was charged $29.16 twice, once under "Early Upgrade Fee" and once under "Device Saving Recovery Fee".
(To be more accurate, I was charged once for $29.16 and once for $29.17 on the same bill)
