Hey guys, I've been with Fido since 2012. I had been using their $20 text/talk plan up to July 2016 when I was able to start my new cycle on the $25 text/talk plan. So for August's bill which was available to pay starting today, I saw a $15 fee under "Device Savings Recovery Fee" and from what I understand it applies when you cancel a contract? I was not under a contract at all since joining FIdo, only been using the bring your own phone plans. So what gives? I'm only going to pay for the monthly bill.
