Device Protection Plan

If I have device protection , Why do I have to pay $120.00 to get another phone ? Why have device protection ?? Makes no sense.. very frustrating !!

@holmesl The device protection plan is like paying auto insurance but for your phone the $120 is the deductible you have to pay when you make a claim its in the agreement that was sent to you.
