Hi All 

 

I have been having severe problems with ASURION......in last two months they have replaced 4+ IPHONE SIX plus. All had issues and did not resolve my problem. 

 

Last one I recieved yesterday is a refurbished one with many sctarhes on the screen. It took more than ten days after my complain to process it. Which wasn't done until I called them again. Sending it back.

 

Not worth the money we pay for device protection plan. Better to sign with extended warranty program with Apple.

 

I'm  using Fido from 2004...may end up Fido servies  due to ASURION!!!!!

That's definitely not the type of experience we want for our customers. Can you tell me more about the issues these replacements had?
