How can I get detailed call history for previous month? I can't see all call history on my online bill. And I need it for legal reasons. I need all outgoing call log with date time for July 2014. I tried to contact 611 and live chat. None of any help me out. They inform me to pay 15$ for sending same online bill copy without call details.
I have 200 minutes daytime plan. I can see my over usag details but can't see all call details. Is there any way to get all call details from fido for month July 2014?

Here's how to download the PDF version of your bill:

In there, you will see that we answered your question.
Basically, all the details of your call will be available on the PDF version of your bill.
However, you won't be able to see the number that called you. This information won't be available on your Fido invoice.

Detailed bill requested on phone one month before and agree to pay $15. But still waiting for bill. Reorder last week on phone but not received yet. I already check with Canada Post but they don't have any mail under my name and address. Too many call made to Fido and chat but result is - I am still waiting for detailed outgoing call history.

The details for your incoming calls are not available on your bill.
But your outgoing calls are
On your bill, the usage section right after your charges, that's where you can see the details of your outgoing calls.
You can even download a PDF file from your bill to see all that information.

Hello, if the details you require are not available on your online bill, then they are not available for customer service to send to you either. However, if this is for a legal reason you can have your legal representative make a legal request for additional details for specific call records. This must be done in writing with the proper paperwork - your legal representative will know how to proceed.
