Delayed SMS Messages

Went n got the galaxy 6 edge months ago ever since I receive my sms messages days late and ushaly get around 7-15 at a time .. called in had my phone reset and didn't work it's driving me crazy someone help me!

@Jewellarie do you know the Android version the phone has?

Go to settings->About->Software info and in here you should see the Android version and build number.

You should be on Android 5.1.1 if not you should do an update.

If you are on Android 5.1.1 try turning of LTE and see if the delays stop.
