I recently ordered htc one m8 . I loved the phone but the phone was defective. It doesn't charge when plugged in. I placed an exchange order today. Let's see if I am lucky this time around
did you exchange it at a store ? If yes, did the store employee confirmed that it didn't charge ?
wow , thats impressive. I have yet to wait for fido to accept my exchange. They keep denying the fact that my nexus 5 is defective, speaker static and loose vibration...
