Deactivating Number

Hello,

I'm leaving Canada today and I want to deactivate my number by paying the rest bill. Can I do the deactivation online? I know I can pay my bills through Fido App, but it's better to deactivate the number online. Because calling Fido from Turkey may cost a lot. Can you help me? Thank you!

Only a Fido representative can cancel your account, you will need to contact them to have it done.

Fido also accepts collect calls, you can also contact them through online chat or through social media you can get all the different ways to contact them here.
