Deactivating Account

Dear team,
I was in Toronto a few months ago as a tourist, and bought a prepaid plan when I was there. I was told that I can deactivate the plan by calling after leaving to avoid the monthly charge.
Now I'm back to Dubai and been trying to call to cancel the plan but to no joy, as it's either call busy or non operating time, and calling from overseas isn't cheap.
I'm writing to seek assistance to deactivate my plan by other possible means.

Hope to hear from you.
Thanks in advance.

Hare

@harechandranjr you can call Fido from abroad from the Fido phone at +1-514-925-4590 Weekdays 8am to 9pm (EST) Weekends: 9am to 5pm (EST), you can also message them on Facebook or Twitter.

If you have a credit card registered for your monthly refills, then you simply have to remove that credit card. Your account will be automatically cancelled 365 days of inactivity.

Hi harechandranjr,

KAPABLE-K is right. Prepaid accounts are cancelled automatically after 365 days of inactivity.

I will still send you a PM to make sure of everything.

Thanks.
