It's been a month already since I switched to Fido I signed up because the agent at the store has been so accommodating even if I'm actually happy with my former provider. But now I'm kind of regretting 'cause I just have 1GB of data and I'm on the Pulse max plan and Ireally can't afford to pay more to increase my data since I already have 3 plans under my name.

@maikl thanks again for the extra info! You probably need set up the APN settings. You can check them out here.

1) What is the model of the phone you're using?
2) Is your mobile data turned on?
3) Are you using a Fido phone?
