Hi, I am a user of FIDO for last 4 years.

 

My limited date is 2 GB since last Sep 2016, but today I got a warn message from FIDO about I used my date over 90%. I have checked my current date usage, it is 0.9 GB. I don't know what going on here.

 

Also, I logged in the FIDO website and double-checked, but my limit is 2GB.

 

Which is right? I only have 1 GB or still 2GB?

 

(I got additional 1GB more since last Sep due to the promotion last year, that means this promotion is expired? I can see still I have 2GB on the FIDO webside. ) It is very confused to use date right now.

It sounds like the 1gb extra data you got expired, whenever you have any promotions that is for a set amount of time Fido usually notify you 2-3 months ahead of time on your invoice.

 

If you check your previous invoice you will see it there.
