Data plans!?

I applied for a data plan when I visited Canada in October 2015 and this required monthly payments chargeable to a credit card. I left Canada after about 10 days and have been paying CAD10 plus taxes per month since then. I would like to terminate the plan but there is no easy way to do this. Live chat does not appear to be manned.
