I’m starting to get fed up, I can’t call you because your line is not working, your chat support is not available, and your Facebook messenger no one is replying for 2 hours, I went in to west Edmonton mall Fido to change my plan to the 10gb $60 a month, on 4 of my lines, I get home and an hour later I get a text message on all 4 lines saying:
Hi, it's Fido: Reply GO to restore data access. Your account has reached $50 of data overage charges for your current billing cycle. Data access has been put on hold for all lines in overage. Applicable rates will apply until your data allowance resets on 01/13/2018 .
Please explain what is going on
