I've used almost 95% of my data this month (376 of 400MB) and I still have not received the text message to top-up my data. So what do I do now? There doesn't seem to be any other way to top up.

Hi everyone,
Let me take a moment to update this thread since things have changed a bit.
It's now possible to add a data top-up without having to wait til you reach 90%. Simply send a text saying "Data" to 222 and you will get a text message with instructions explaining the top up options and how to add it.

The data top-ups can only be added through our self-serve option once you receive the notification that you've reached 90% of your data for the current cycle. If your plan is compatible you should have already received this message.
I'll send you a PM so we can take a closer look at your account and get to the bottom of this together.
@lindam it will not work in the following conditions if you have a data plan with:

I don't see that it says he has any of that. He has the $39 plan with 600MB data/month.
