Data Passes

When trying to purchase a data pass (wifi disabled), a page with data passes options appears but clicking on any of the options' links is a dead end... it fails to redirect... 

 

Also, FIDO advertises $10. / 1 month pass of 200mb, but fido.mobi/data lists a different price: $10. / 1 month of 100mb...

 

Confused, and frustrated.

Do you have a prepaid or a monthly account?

 

Are you getting a specific error message? If you are, could you provide us the error message?

I have a pre-paid account, and no error message pops up. Smiley

  Welcome to the community!

 

  The Data Pass options are different for Prepaid than they are for Postpaid plans. I believe the Pass you note Fido advertises is from here. However, the data passes available for Prepaid are found here. I believe those data rates correspond to what is shown on your device. You should also note the additional data rate of 15¢ per Mb.

Where did you see the 200 Mb pass? 

 

You can also add this feature by dialling 6-1-1 from your Fido phone followed by option 3 when prompted.
