Yes I had reviewed that page prior to messaging. The specific error I get is "Sorry, something went wrong. Don't worry! You haven't started using Data Bytes."
Where I am I have 4 full bars of service and I am not on wifi. I am new to Fido so I have never used Data Bytes yet. My iOS and Apps are up to date also.

Can you try removing your My Account App and reinstalling it?
From there, can you let me know if you get the same result?
Also, is it your first time using Data Bytes? Or was it working before and it simply stopped working.
