I had a payment agreement and I paid through my bank account on the required dates but my service was still cut off . Why?

Did you check if the payments were posted to the account on time? Keep in mind that when you make a payment through your bank, it can take up to 5 business days for us to receive the payment.
That said, I suggest that you contact our Accounts Receivable team to clarify what's going on. You can reach them at 1-888-288-2106.
