I have been trying to get someone from customer service to switch me to the 10gb $60 plan since SATURDAY. I have been to 3 stores, made 12 calls (waited a collective 14 hrs on hold before being disconnected, having the call dropped, or having to attend to life obligations). I have also had live chat open during all operational hours and submitted email/complaint inquiries which promised a 24 hour response. Live Chat and all phone lines have been down all day. Can someone PLEASE contact me o restore my faith in Fido?
