I was looking to upgrade my plan to $60 for 10GB.
Been waiting on both call and live chat for over 2 hours now but nothing...
Not sure if I'm stuck and if I should just give up.
That's crazy! It happened to me yesterday after an hour and I've been trying for an hour just to get through. I get busy signals, an automatic message saying you'll be disconected now, etc. I'm considering calling one of the other big providers and seeing if I can get through to them.
Yup... This promo might be doing more harm than good to Fido's reputation. I'm more upset that their online self-serve portal doesn't have this deal to allow customers to change the plan on their own... This would take so much load off of customer service. I'll be trying out other providers as well. I'm honestly ok with any provider as long as I get the same deal.
Oh I totally agree with you! I wrote on another page that I'm considering changing providers to get the deal. If you get through to one feel free to reply here and I'll proceed to do so.
