My current 2y Tab24 agreement ends on Nov. 15, and I am wanting to do what I did last time around; renew and get a new phone.
Bit confused with the website regarding plans, phone purchases, and FidoDollar usage.
I'm wanting to keep my current plan, which is the $39 Smart Plan.
I want to buy the LG G4 under a new Tab24 (which I understand from reading other threads here, is still possible)
When I go through the redeem FidoDollars link, I can select the G4 to purchase, but I have to select one of the few plans on the next menu, no options.
Does that mean that I can't use my FidoDollars for a discount on the G4, unless I choose a new plan, or do I have to do it via phone agent instead of the website?
Yes! You have to call in 611 to upgrade your line.
Try your hardest not to change your plan as its more expensive to whats offered now.
If your phone is still working think about waiting until the holiday season starts!
