I just set myself up with the 10G/60 plan in a Fido store, was told it was permanen, but on my bill it states that the 5Gig add on expires in 2 years. Can I please get some confirmation that this is a permanent add-on.
Can I get a response? I have made several attempts to contact you thru phone lines, live chat, forums and NOTHING. I have been a fido customer for many many years.... I would like my plan changed to the $60 a month plan...it's very stressful not being able to get thru to customer service thru any of your avenues?? I understand there is a high demand for this but this offer should be extended if you're not able to fullfil it within the time frame. PLEASE let me know how I can get this offer??
its permanent providing you stay on this exact plan. the minute you decide you want a new phone and want to do an upgrade, you will be forced off this plan and onto a higher priced plan, this is one way fido will force people off this plan.
