Two transactions on my prepaid fido phone
on 12 oct, 2016 1- un authorized bill addon 20 CAD . .
2- un authorized bill refilling 20 CAD.
also balance of these two bills doesnt appear on my fido balance .

Would you know if you're set up on automatic payment or not? On automatic refills, we automatically take the balance so you can continue using your services.
If your plan is 40$, we take the a payment of the 40$ to activate it. That will explain the reason why the balance shows as 0$.
