hello. I was woundering if fido likes secure log in info. it seems that the only browser that I can log in with is explorer. this is concerning because it is the most unsafe browser to use. my question is why? do I need to stick to the mobile app the assure security? is the mobile app even secure? this has me worried.

Our website should work on all browsers including chrome so is definitely odd that you can't access your account.
Have your tried disabling your pop up blocker? That could explain why you're not able to log in!
Clearing your cache and cookies can also help.
