Cheesy Artichoke dip

Ingredients

  • 1 225 gram  package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 170 grams Havarti cheese, shredded (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (about 400 grams)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Assorted snacks for dipping: tortilla chips, vegetables, flat breads, crackers, etc.
 Directions
  1. In a large bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream, havarti, mustard, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese with an electric mixer until combined.
  2. Put in spinach and artichoke hearts. Transfer to an 8-inch diameter by 2-inch deep cast-iron skillet or 1 1/2-quart casserole*. Spread evenly. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degrees F oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve with assorted snacks.
