1package offrozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 canartichoke hearts, drained and chopped (about 400 grams)
Assorted snacks for dipping: tortilla chips, vegetables, flat breads, crackers, etc.
In a large bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream, havarti, mustard, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese with an electric mixer until combined.
Put in spinach and artichoke hearts. Transfer to an 8-inch diameter by 2-inch deep cast-iron skillet or 1 1/2-quart casserole*. Spread evenly. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degrees F oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve with assorted snacks.
