Charges after cancellation

Hi,

 

I cancelled my contract by December 15th and Fido also confirmed that. My monthly cycle starts at the 9th each month. On the bill from December 9th, it charges the full month. Is that correct and will the partly costs be refunded on the last bill on Januar 9th?

If you cancelled for December 15th, you'll be refunded a partial amount from the 16th until the 9th on your final bill.

Thanks for you answer! I got an email which said I should pay 45,2$. But online, it says I don't have to pay anything, the account balance is 0,00$. Now I am confused.
