Charged twice in a month?

My billing date is the 3rd of every month...I've been charged on the 3rd for the past 3 months inclusive of this month but have been charged yet again on the 21st of this month. I've automatic payments set up and have made no changes to my account. Why have I been charged twice in a month?

Got in touch with cs on FB and apparently it was due to the billing cycle resetting or something along those lines. Please close this thread, thanks.

Glad to hear everything was sorted. If you need more clarification. You are always billed one month in advance, hence if you didn't pay last months invoice, you will see the previous balance and the current balance together. Checking the full details of the invoice can also help clarify everything. You only need to log in on Fido.ca > My account > Billing and Payment > Save PDF to view it. Hope this helps!
